Your information
This website presents Wharf Speed’s vehicle collections and contact information. It does not include an enquiry form, user accounts, first-party advertising or analytics tracking. Optional third-party widgets are described below. Our hosting provider may process technical request data, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.
Contacting us
If you telephone or message Wharf Speed, the information you choose to share is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange viewings. Please do not send unnecessary sensitive information. To ask about your personal information or request access, correction or deletion, contact Wharf Speed on 07474 194518 or write to Wharf Industrial Estate, Wharf Street, Warrington.
Cookie choices
We use a local storage entry called wharf-consent to remember your privacy choice until you clear your browser storage. The homepage includes Elfsight customer reviews and an Instagram feed. These optional widgets load only after you accept optional cookies and may process technical data and use cookies under their providers’ policies. Choosing to browse stock loads an embedded third-party showroom, which may use its own cookies and storage. Essential only leaves these widgets disabled; Accept all enables them. Changing back to Essential only reloads the page to remove the widgets. You can reopen your choices using Cookie settings in the footer. Hosting access controls may use strictly necessary technology.
External websites
Car stock, motorcycles and recently sold vehicles are hosted separately at wharf-speed.virtual-showroom.com. Choosing a stock link displays that service inside an iframe on our stock page. Your browser connects directly to the showroom provider, which receives technical data such as your IP address and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp and Google Maps are also external services and receive information when you follow their links.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law gives you rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal information, object to processing and request portability. You may raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
